YOUR STAY We’ve made every effort to make your stay feel seamless and special. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles (please note: there’s no parking on the road). Children (including infants) are welcome, but no special effort has been made to "childproof" the home. You agree to exercise vigilance in the care of your children. Trash is collected on Friday mornings. Please make sure both dumpsters are pulled to the edge of the road before 7AM on Friday morning. NOTE: Recycling is picked up every other week, so if they don't collect it, please leave it by the road for collection. By booking our home, you and your guests acknowledge and accept that use of any amenities—including but not limited to swimming in the Bay, kayaking, boating, grill, fire pit, etc. or any other recreational equipment or activity—is entirely at your own risk. The property owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss that may occur during your stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owners from any and all liability related to such use.

Our beach house is located on the northernmost stretch of Broadkill Beach, an area known for its peaceful atmosphere and noticeably lighter traffic. This end of the beach is more private and uncrowded than the central sections, which makes it perfect for guests who value space, quiet, and a more secluded beach experience. If you're looking for a livelier beach scene with more activity, the middle of Broadkill may be a better fit. But if serenity and room to breathe are what you're after, the northernmost end is hard to beat.
