Trash is collected on Friday mornings. Please make sure both dumpsters are pulled to the edge of the road before 7AM on Friday morning. NOTE: Recycling is picked up every other week, so if they don't collect it, please leave it by the road for collection. By booking our home, you and your guests acknowledge and accept that use of any amenities—including but not limited to swimming in the Bay, kayaking, boating, grill, fire pit, etc. or any other recreational equipment or activity—is entirely at your own risk. The property owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss that may occur during your stay. The SOUTH side of Broadkill Beach, where our beach house is situated, boasts significantly fewer homes than the NORTH side. If a bustling beach scene is your preference, the North side of Broadkill might be worth considering. On the other hand, if privacy is what you seek or you'd rather avoid large crowds, the SOUTH side would be the ideal choice.
